The fact that makes this project singular is to face from the beginning points as infrastructure, urbanism, landscape and architecture, ecology and economy; this means, to look for a totalizer model for management which pursues quality and innovation in every point of the process and which attends both, qualitative and quantitative aspects. In this sense we can talk of one pioneer experience in what is being called landform buildings or ecological urbanism
